Graphic designer
(Contract)
Requirements:

3-5 hours a week of commitment. Hours will fluctuate throughout the year with greatest workload in spring and early summer 2021

This is a remote working position, with bi-weekly meetings held via video conference (Zoom or Google Meet)

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver), LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
-
Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills

Creative design skills (Please submit sample graphic designs)

Collaborative, and open to feedback
Responsibilities:
-
Design graphics for S.E.E.D.S. programming and promotional print and digital materials.

Create social media graphics to support the implementation of the content calendar.

Prioritize and manage multiple graphic project requests.

Collaborate with the S.E.E.D.S. team on developing innovative, creative and high quality programming and content.

Take initiative to manage design projects, and meet set deadlines.
Social Media Specialist
(Contract)

Use social media platforms to engage with communities, stakeholders and users to build S.E.E.D.S.’ online network and presence

Lead and manage social media communication strategies and promote a unified brand.

Effectively communicate information and ideas in written, visual and verbal format(s).

Coordinate with the program/project team(s) and graphics support team(s) to develop innovative, creative and effective campaigns and marketing strategies

Take initiative to manage communication projects, engagement and interactivity in a timely manner
